WE DO NOT CLAIM, PROMISE, PROJECT, OR GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY, SECURE SALARIED EMPLOYMENT, OR RECOUP YOUR COURSE FEE.Testimonials, leaderboard milestones, earnings screenshots, or video reviews represent atypical results achieved by disciplined, top-performing individuals through intense marketing execution. The average user who purchases a course and does not apply the skill sets earns INR 0.00.
CashRise is an online education platform that sells self-paced digital skill courses directly to learners. In line with applicable Indian laws and regulations, we expressly declare that:
CashRise has no upline, downline, team, binary, matrix or level-based structure. Nobody earns anything from purchases made by people further down a referral chain.
CashRise does not appoint distributors, direct sellers or agents under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Courses are sold by CashRise directly to the learner online, with no inventory, stock purchase, starter kit or sales target.
CashRise does not run, promote or permit any pyramid scheme or money circulation scheme prohibited by the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
CashRise does not accept deposits, pool funds or promise returns, and is not a scheme under the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 or the Chit Funds Act, 1982.
- Referral participation is optional. Buying a course never requires you to refer anyone.
- Every registered user gets a referral link free of charge. There is no joining, registration or activation fee.
- A single-level commission is paid only when a person who used your own link buys a course directly from CashRise.
- No commission, bonus or reward is paid for recruiting or enrolling people, or on purchases made by people they refer.
- Commissions come only from genuine course sales. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your own effort.
Anyone who describes CashRise as an MLM, network marketing plan, direct selling chain, investment or “earning scheme”, or who charges anyone a fee to join under them, is misrepresenting CashRise. Their account may be terminated and pending commissions forfeited. Please report such conduct to our grievance officer.
Statutory Compliance under Indian Government Acts & Standards
This Earnings Disclaimer is published in mandatory fulfillment of statutory transparency directives issued by the Government of India:
Strict prohibition of “Misleading Advertisements” and “Unfair Trade Practices”. CashRise explicitly forbids making unsubstantiated guarantees of earnings or job placements to induce course enrollments.
Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) mandates that qualifications, disclaimers, and atypical result disclosures must be prominently displayed alongside student reviews and success stories.
CashRise is NOT a direct selling entity or direct selling chain and has no network of direct sellers. Pyramid schemes and money circulation schemes are strictly prohibited. Affiliate rewards are single-level commissions on direct third-party retail purchases of digital education.
CashRise operates solely as an educational publishing platform. It strictly bans any money circulation, quick-rich schemes, or multi-level enrollment fees (Sections 3 & 4).
Advertising Standards Council of India requires all affiliate promoters to clearly label promotional social media posts with disclosure tags (#Ad, #Sponsored) and disclaim guaranteed earnings.
Mandatory 5% TDS deduction on verified affiliate commission disbursements, reported directly to the Income Tax Department on Form 26AS/AIS.

The course programs sold on CashRise (Silver Starter, Gold Growth, Platinum Pro, Diamond Ultimate) are designed to provide digital skill education in fields like Full-Stack Web Development, Performance Marketing, Copywriting, Video Editing, and Affiliate Marketing.
We sell access to intellectual educational materials only. We are not a “business opportunity”, an investment scheme, a multi-level marketing (MLM) pyramid, or a get-rich-quick system under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. Purchasing a course grants you the right to watch educational videos; it does NOT entitle you to receive dividends, passive cash flow, or guaranteed monetary returns.

We provide digital skill training. We do not guarantee jobs, offer salaried contracts, or act as an employer under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Anyone promising you effortless, overnight fortunes is violating Section 2(28) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and misrepresenting our platform.
